Fraser Suites Kensington is just a 2-minute walk from Gloucester Road Station or a short taxi ride from Paddington or St. Pancras Station.

We offer free wireless internet access throughout the building and free Wi-Fi connection in all apartments.

Where can we eat?

In your Suite you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There are also lot of exiting cafes and restaurants in the vicinity where you can enjoy formal of informal dining.

How to make the best experience of London?

Theatre:
Fraser Suites Kensington is within very easy access to The West End. The West End is the theatre district of London, where there are nearly 50 theatres.

The Royal Albert Hall is only 10 minutes’ walk and, The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and the English National Opera are within 15 minute drive.

Hyde Park:
Is only 10 minutes’ walk.

Museums:
National History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum are in our doorstep. The National Gallery and British Museum are within 15 minutes’ drive.

Shopping:
Easy access to Sloane Square, Chelsea and High Street Kensington which are just 10 minutes’ walk. Harrods, Harvey Nichols and other internationally owned shops in Knightsbridge area are 15 minutes’ walk.

Bond Street, Regent’s Street and Oxford Street are within 15 minutes’ drive.

London landmarks:
Fraser Suites Kensington is close to London’s most spectacular landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, The Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London.

When is the check-in time?

Check-in is from 4.00pm. If you request an early or very early arrival please advise the Reservations team who will be happy to organise this for you, this can be subject to availability and is chargeable to your account.

Do you have a laundry room?

All of our apartments are provided with a wash-dryer machine.

Do you have a fitness centre?

We do have a fitness centre and sauna facilities, both are open 24 hours.
Please ask Reception for the necessary forms.

Where can I go for shopping?

The main shopping areas off Sloane Square, Chelsea, High Street Kensington and Knightsbridge are just a short walk away. There are several large department stores in the area, and you may also find many A list designer boutiques and High Street Shops.

Which type of beds do you have?

Our apartments are provided with single, twins, double (queen size) beds and King size beds. Super king size beds and roll away beds can be hired during your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy will depend on the terms and length of your stay and will be clearly stated in the tenancy agreement. This will also be fully explained to you by our reservations agents. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.

Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

The closest ATMs are HSBC, Barclays and Tesco ATM on Gloucester Road, and a Natwest on Cromwell Road.

Do you provide newspapers?

National and international newspapers are available upon request, chargeable to your account.

Is there a supplement for children?

Our apartments can accommodate from 1 to 6 guests depending on the apartment size. There is a maximum amount of guests per apartment allowed by Health and Safety regulations.  Baby cots are available free of charge.

Do you have Suites for persons in wheelchairs?

We don’t have Suites specifically designed for persons in wheelchairs, however many of our guests haven’t found a major inconvenience or difficulty accessing the property or apartments in a wheelchair. We also are proud to have very well trained staff that will be delighted in assisting and facilitating access to our guests when required. 

Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?

We will happily keep your luggage in store until your room is ready.
